Women of the Woods is a women centered rewilding retreat located in the beautiful PNW!  Rewilding, to us, means all of the ways we bring ourselves back in sync with the natural world to create massive healing, personally and globally.  It is so important, now more than ever, that we learn how to live peacefully and lovingly with each other and nature. Women’s voices have long been missing from the story of the world, and we believe there is power in our stories, power that could change the world.  We wish to celebrate that power, the power of women, all women, not just cis gendered women, and not just privileged women, because our true power lies in cherishing all experiences, learning from all perspectives, and holding one another up to be heard.

Join us as we work to inspire ourselves, others, and the world around us with a weekend of basking in an array of women’s voices and experiences on how to live in community with each other and the natural world.  This event is open to all to attend, but we specifically want to showcase the unique and underutilized perspective of women. We have four main tracks to organize this big idea: Rewilding (forest/plant walks, wildcrafting,  ceremony etc), Regenerating (regenerative farming, conscientious living, and natural systems), Rejoicing (how expression, creativity, and art can help us connect to nature, each other, and ourselves), and Restoring (how women and nature can be the healers and the healed)

We invite you to come spend the weekend at Camp Singing Wind, learning from women, buying from women, and celebrating women.  We invite men to join us in this experience, to shrug off the pressures to lead and fix and instead learn to support and listen.  Now is the time to redefine how to be human.

There will be opportunities for learning, sharing, dancing, hiking, healing, and creating balance in ourselves and the world around us.  We invite all who seek connection and health for themselves and their community. As we move forward in a changing world, honoring each other, celebrating diversity, and building new life patterns together, we can become who we were meant to be and redefine what it is to be human.   Take time to introduce your family to new skills and new thoughts, take time to rejuvenate spirit and body, take time for yourself, and take time to support the strong and resilient humans around you who work for a better world. While you are at it, take some time in the woods.

2020 Ticket prices:
It is very important to Gather Green to give people from all walks of life the opportunity to participate in these events.  It is also important that we support our events so that we can continue to offer more. The balance there is sometimes delicate, and we hope that by offering choices, participants that have more monetary resources can choose to support in that way and those that have other resources can offer those.  We have Free BIPOC tickets, work trade options, and scholarships available as well.

Sliding scale ticket pricing for varying income levels ensures that those with less will have an opportunity to attend and those with more will share their abundance.  We leave it to you to decide where you fall on the spectrum. The lower levels are limited so please choose appropriately for your situation and thank you for your support!
