We all have had some traumatic situation that we have lived through, now it is time to take out the nuggets left behind to transform them into pure gold! ROMAINE HARRIS is a Certified Community Health Worker, Speaker, Facilitator, and Social Change Activist. She has worked for the last 45 years as a volunteer for a world peace Buddhist organization, helping to change the lives of practitioners for the better. She has studied and practiced Buddhism under Daisaku Ikeda for the last 50 years. Studied under GrandMother River Cherokee traditions. Romaine has an exceptional talent for inspiring and empowering all people with integrity, wisdom and compassion. Her level of empathy is extraordinarily high and is able to bring a lightness to most situations. Romaine has drawn from her life experience over the last 74 years. Life has taught her from the very beginning of her life...with the death of her mother when she was three and the death of her 19-year-old son 11 years ago who was a victim of suicide. These two acts of faith and more have given her a special insight into traumatic events with ancient and new scientific ways of healing.
