For over four years, Megan has been coaching clients on transitioning into a healthier lifestyle and way of thinking. With experiences as a personal chef for families with dietary restrictions and hosting four-course, seasonal pop-up dinners, Megan offers clients nutrition and mindset coaching, pantry overhauls, and paleo-friendly meal planning. Megan works in-person with clients local to Seattle and virtually with clients nationwide. Megan encourages clients to develop heart-centered perspectives that nourish transformational changes, cultivates awareness of self-limiting patterns, and develops skill-sets which lead towards high achievement in the kitchen, body, and mind.
