CHRISTINA MAE WOLF – Spirit-Led / Aries / Heart-Centered / Passionate / Business Woman / Coach / Phoenix / Visionary / Guide / Mom / Wife / Daughter / Friend / 2nd Degree Nia Black Belt / Yoga Teacher/Leader 

Christina Mae Wolf is the founding owner of Embody Movement & Wellness Center in Centralia, WA. She is a 2nd Degree Nia® Black Belt Teacher and a 200RYT.  Her passion is sharing Nia® and Yoga with her students and the world to support individuals on their path to become the healthiest, strongest, most authentic and alive versions of themselves.

In Yoga, She offers a gentle, inviting approach, focusing on safe and proper alignment along with the integration of body, mind and spirit. She is passionate about helping people begin their yoga journey and takes great joy in witnessing her students expand and grow through their practice.

In Nia she teaches from a deeply sacred place while inviting plenty of play.  She balances the discipline and precision of the form with lots of room for freedom and expression. 

In addition to managing Embody Movement & Wellness Center and teaching 10+ classes a week, Christina leads embodied movement retreats in Costa Rica and also offers business coaching to wellness studio owners around the world.
